• $100 USD (whichever is lower)

13. Agreement Termination

This agreement terminates when:

• You delete your account
• We terminate your account due to violations
• We discontinue our services
• Both parties agree to terminate

After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes should be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the People's Court where the service provider is located.

15. Agreement Modifications

We may periodically update these Terms:

• Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance
• Continued use indicates agreement to new Terms
• If you disagree with changes, please stop using our services
